Marketing you cannot measure is a donation. Before we spend anything, conversion tracking goes in - so every report can answer the only question that matters: what did this rupee bring back?
Nepal is a Facebook-first market, and a lot of budget here goes to boosting posts that were never built to sell anything. We would rather run fewer campaigns against a landing page that converts than more campaigns against a homepage. That usually means fixing the destination before increasing the spend.
Facebook and Instagram campaigns with a real audience structure, creative built for the placement, and budget moved to what is working weekly instead of at the end of the month.
Search campaigns on high-intent terms, with negative keywords maintained properly. This is the single biggest source of wasted spend we find in existing accounts.
A content calendar tied to your actual business calendar - offers, seasons, exam dates, festivals - rather than daily posting for its own sake. Designed posts, scheduled and reported.
Purpose-built pages for each campaign, fast on a mobile connection, with the form and the payment path tested. Built by the same team that builds the sites, so a change takes hours.
GA4, Meta Pixel with the Conversions API, and server-side events where the browser cannot be trusted. Set up so the numbers in the ad platform and the numbers in your database can be reconciled.
A conversation about the problem, not a feature list. We ask what happens today, who does it, and what it costs when it goes wrong.
A written scope with phases, what is explicitly out, and a price against each phase. You can take this document to another firm - that is fine, and it means you are comparing like with like.
Fortnightly demos on real data. You see progress in the working thing, not in a percentage on a chart.
Staging first, a rehearsed cutover, and someone watching for the first days. Redirects, certificates and DNS handled by us.
A handover you can act on, and a maintenance option if you want us to keep watching. Not compulsory.
Enough for the platform to learn - a campaign starved of budget never leaves the learning phase and its results tell you nothing. We will give you a floor for your specific objective and say honestly if it is below the point where testing is meaningful.
No. A percentage rewards us for spending more of your money. We charge a flat management fee for the scope, and the ad spend goes to the platform from your own account.
You do. We work inside your Business Manager as a partner. Audiences, pixels and historical data stay with you if we stop working together.
Yes. We are often brought in for the technical half - tracking, landing pages, feed integration - alongside an existing creative team.
Everything we build can be deployed straight onto AstraCloud hosting or a VPS, in Nepal or internationally, with SSL, backups and the control panel already configured. You are not obliged to host with us, and the price of the build does not change either way.
Tell us what the problem is and we will tell you what it takes to fix it - including when the answer is that you do not need us.
No form to fill in - the chat opens in this window and reaches our team directly.
